  I would like to restart our effort to progress the BLISS trivial
ACH configuration protocol work.

  I propose either 4.23 or 4.24 starting somewhere between
11:00 to 13:00 GMT.

  Below is the recommended agenda items.

  1. Recap of what was discussed at the IETF74
  2. Discussion of outstanding issues
     - Keeping it simple
     - Want to make sure design team agree with the consensus
        of the WG from IETF74.
  3. Next step

  I will make sure minutes from IETF 74 are uploaded this week
so people who were not at the meeting can see what was discussed.
