Hi Sanjay;
I agree the use of presence is the best solution.
Although, it requires both callee and caller side
to have presence implemented to some extent, furthermore
it also requires presence server and ACH server to have
the ability to communicate to each other so ACH can behave
appropriately based on presence status.
DND on the server or on the client, as far as I know is a well
implemented feature where presence isn't necessary widely
deployed yet. I just listed some features that I know my company's
subsidiary provides to companies. Anyhow, we can discuss
if DND should be out of scope or in scope on the call.
