  Here is an idea for an agenda, meeting time and bridge information.
  I apologize for this belated reminder, but I hope people can make
the meeting and I want to thank all of you who will be attending the
call..

  As having the discussion, I want everybody to keep in mind that
we are trying to solve some real-world issues, by presenting simple
to implement solution, the solution needs to work both for UI rich
client and simple phone with some dedicated button(e.g. for DND
or enabling Voicemail) or code sequence (#2333), and especially
for the latter two.

  As I won't be able to make the meeting, I asked Theo to lead the
discussion. Thanks.

Proposed Agenda

1. Reviewing the list of use-cases. (Attached below)
     - What should be out/in of scope and why.
2. Discussing the application of REST to address the use-cases
      below. What would the URL (resource) presentation look like?
      - What's the benefit?
      - What's the downsides, limitations?
      - Can we keep it simple so we can actually make it useful,  
motivate
         the implementors to implement it?
      - If REST is not right what can address the use-cases below
        that will be simple enough to implement?
    * I think we can forget the extensibility for now..
3. Action Items/Task delegation etc.
4. Scheduling next meeting.

* Barring on all outgoing calls: on/off
* Barring on all outgoing international calls: on/off
* Barring on all outgoing calls when roaming except to own service
