[Rest] 1st BLISS-REST teleconf

Thanks for showing interests in tackling the ACH configuration problem
using REST like approach.

Below are the initial members of the design team.

I wasn't going to make a mailing list, but I later realized it's much  
easier
to co-ordinate teleconference etc., using the mailing list so I  
created one
for the purpose of non-technical communication means.

Anyhow, I think it would be good to try to hold a teleconference to  
clarify
the way forward and discuss tasks/action plans.

I am not aware of everybody's time-zone but I am assuming most are
from Europe and some from the east-coast. so how about the following
candidates for the 1st teleconf? Please tell me your preference and I
will announce the date after receiving feedbacks from everybody. Please
do let me know the days that work for you if none of the candidates
below.

Jan 30th (14:00GMT - 15:00GMT or 15:00GMT - 16:00GMT)
Feb 2nd (14:00GMT - 15:00GMT or 15:00GMT - 16:00GMT)
Feb 5th (14:00GMT - 15:00GMT or 15:00GMT - 16:00GMT)
