[Rest] Is there an update to the draft?

Yeah, I think it's a good idea too.

  I think we can may be reflect what was said at the last meeting,
and make a bullets of what need clarification for us to take the
draft to the next step.

  Can we get some people to look at the slide presented at
the last meeting, minutes and come up with list of issues that
need to be addressed to come up with clear action plan?

  Should 20 minutes be enough ?
