[Rest] Do we have the energy to complete the work?

  I think it's a good idea to discuss a way forward.

  Why don't we all try to review the current draft this week and
try to discuss what else needs to be added on the mailing list,
once we understand what tasks need to be tackled we can
coordinate a call to distribute the task.

  What do you think?
